I really appreciate the group of hunters I have been blessed to hunt with.
Yea there is big deer talk but for the most part it is all about killing goats.
The picture above has some impressive antlers and ones worthy of Pope and Young but we have no braggers or egos.And they certainly won't be on the show circuit displaying their deer.
I have often wondered why we don't slap the guy on the ass and give a big buddy hug to someone who kills a big Doe!
TV of course has sucked the life and fun out of hunting as well as fishing by giving the impression that you need to be a professional and you need to use this bow or this gun.You need cameras and scent blockers and special soap.
Uncle Alex and Rudy would grab some pine boughs or cedar and throw it in his pockets.
Have a snit of Brandy and would gladly kill a buck or a doe if it meant some meat on the table.
Not that I am against Trophy Hunters but there needs to be a attitude change with some .
My dads 32 Winchester special still kills em.
Enough of that.
